    [Product Name] Foam Dressing

[Product Performance, Structure & Composition] There are three types of foam dressing: Type I, Type II, and Type III

Type I foam dressing is self-adhesive, composed of substrate, hydrocolloid, foam and release layers.

Type II foam dressing is non-self-adhesive, composed of substrate and foam layers.

Type III foam dressing is non-self-adhesive, composed of foam layer.

The substrate layer is mainly made of polyurethane composite membrane or nonwoven fabricsprayed with medical pressure-sensitive adhesive; the hydrocolloid layer is mainly made of medical hot-melt adhesive and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC, a biomedical polymer material); the foam layer is made of polyurethane foam pad; the release layer adopts Glassine or CCK paper. The single-use foam dressing has been sterilized by radiation.

[Indications] It is applicable for wound exudate absorbing, wound repair and care, and the promotion of wound healing

[Usage] After cleaning the wound area, cut an appropriate size of dressing that its foam side can completely cover the wound area, and place it over the wound. A non-self-adhesive foam dressing must be used together with an adhesive dressing for fixing purpose. The frequency of dressing change depends on the amount of wound exudate. A dressing can be used for 7 days at most. When the exudate releasing by the wound is nearly 2cm away from the absorbent pad border, the dressing should be changed immediately, or as directed by a doctor.

[Contraindications] People who are known to be allergic to polyurethane foam should not use this product; it is not recommended to use this product on dry wound surfaces.
